Hi there! My name is Liv Walker and I am so excited to be your Explorer's 3rd grade teacher!

I attended Sonoma State University and earned my bachelors degree and my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. 

As an educator, I believe that fostering social-emotional learning is just as important as academic instruction. I am committed to creating a classroom environment where students feel seen, heard, and valued.

I also strongly believe in meeting students where they are—academically, emotionally, and socially. Every student brings unique strengths, challenges, and experiences into the classroom, and it’s my goal to support each one in a way that honors their individuality. By providing differentiated instruction and a safe, supportive learning space, I help students grow at their own pace while encouraging confidence, resilience, and a love of learning.
