I'm Kirah Amaral, but you might remember me as Maestra Amaral/Cooper. As much as I've loved teaching Spanish over the past 4 years I am excited to be moving on to 5th grade. I've been teaching for 11 years, 5 of which have been here at Westlake. 

I live with my husband, Steven, my son, Atlas, and our 3 kitties: Binx, Dani, & Meshi. My hobbies include reading, writing, baking, going on walks and learning new languages (currently studying Portuguese). I love trivia and my goal this school year is to inspire your child to love learning.
