Site Rules

• Certified Service Animals only

• No animals allowed in vehicles

• No smoking or vaping on property

• No flames, fires, or spark generation of any kind

• No tape, thumbtacks, or pins allowed on walls (Command Strip temporary adhesives are okay)

• No electricity usage unless specifically reviewed in advance with Event Steward

• All building exits to remain clear at all times

• Discreet alcohol consumption 

Many activities will be happening in the Great Hall simultaneously, please be courteous to others as you enjoy your activities.

The tables in the Great Hall are 6’ x 2.5’ and seat eight (8) people each.  Please bring your own tablecloth, dishes, and decor. 

Please remember to clean up after yourself but do not fold up tables and chairs at the end of the evening; the site staff will handle that for us.

Are any activities happening at the hotel?

No official SCA activities will be occurring at the hotel.

Are we allowed to have our own food and beverages on site?

Yes. You can bring your own food and beverages. However, crock pots are not permitted and we do not have access to the kitchen. Please note, we cannot sell or serve alcohol.

Do we have to pay for parking?

No. There is a large parking lot available for the event that includes accessible parking.

Are animals permitted on site?

No animals aside from trained service dogs are allowed on the property.

Is fighting permitted on site? 

Fighter practice is allowed in the courtyard on Sunday.

Is there going to be space of all of the usual things?

Yes. There is a space for court, performances, the duchess' ball, lounging, merchants, the Unwreathed Artisans Display, etc.
