Fool's Tourney is an annual event that usually takes place in April (though in 2023, it is happening in May) and includes a heavy fighting tournament, an archery tournament, and the competition to become the Ravenshore Fool!

Heavy Fighting Tournament

• Format will be based on attendance

• The Defender of the Northern Marches will be selected and the Torq passed on!

Archery Tournament

• Hosted by The Odd Bodkins

• After the tournament, there will likely be some Atl Atl throwing, as well as a chance to try your hand at Combat Archery!

The Choosing of the New Ravenshore Fool!

• Each year, we have a competition to see who will win the Jester's Hat as the Fool's Scepter.

• The format of the competition is decided by the current fool, but usually will include 

  • One original limerick

  • Your best tavern joke

  • Your best overall joke

  • Your best dad joke or groaner!

• After the choosing of the new fool, we have an event to celebrate the new fool, including some foolish drinking games (if you do not imbibe, Ravenshore will provide a stunt liver)

Silent Auction, Potluck Dinner on Saturday Night, and an event filled with merriment, foolery, and lots of good times!
