Site Accessibility Issues
Allergies
Having adequate shade / loaner shade hats
More even ground - have a bucket of dirt and shovel to fill holes
and at least have it accessible and maybe have a dedicated fixer.
Wheelchair accessibility
Nisaa spoke about the Clan Blue Feather LGBTQIA-+ gromp
Dark Blue feather is for Queer people; Light Blue feather is for Ally
Joshua has recorded DEIB presentations and classes about the History of Clan Blue Feather.
Pride DEIB flag/banner at Gate so there is Visual Representation
There are limited DEIB volunteers due to burn out
Discussion about Heraldry - for the Disabled community being a Blue spoked wheel (Hrefna may register this as a personal badge)
Oerthan Gate has a bag of ear plugs at gate for people who need quiet
Blue clothes pins on chairs for disability (started by Cynagua Accessibility and Inclusion Office)
Suggestion: Red clothespins to stop people from sitting on personal chairs (Please don't sit in this chair because it belongs to someone with mobility issues.)
Proposed Blue Benches tor breaks - Keep Open for those who need it
Six Benches - One on each side of Eric
Benches coming and going from parking areas would help with breaks, with signage.

We don't want to be a burden when we need to ask for allergy specifics.

Have event stewards work with DEIB officer to welcome those with scent allergens to send them in to be published anonymously or publicly by preference.
Event Stewards can make announcements about uneven ground.
