Specific Volunteer Positions:
Set-Up Crew: Transform the venue! Arrange tables, set up displays, and ensure a welcoming environment for students and teachers.
Luncheon Planner: Coordinate our potluck lunch, helping cooks share their culinary creations and ensuring everyone is well-fed.
Clean-Up Crew: Help us leave the venue in pristine condition, ensuring our continued access to this valuable space.
Chatelaine Track for Newcomers: Welcome and guide newcomers, helping them navigate the event and feel at home in the SCA.
Gate Supervisor: Manage event entry with a friendly and organized approach, ensuring smooth attendee flow.
Class Sign-Up/Direction Table Attendants: Assist with class registration and provide clear directions, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
Gold Key Contact: Be the go-to person for clothing assistance, helping new and returning members feel welcome and prepared for learning.
Book Swap/Donation Area: Organize and manage the book swap and donation area, perfect for book lovers!
Class Tracks: (Assist with demonstrations, teacher recruitment, workshops, and activities in these specialized areas. Share your passion and knowledge!)
