Founded in 1934 to support American poets at all stages of their careers and to foster the appreciation of contemporary poetry— the producer of Poets.org, Poem-a-Day, National Poetry Month, and more.

The American Verse Project is a collaborative project between the University of Michigan Humanities Text Initiative (HTI) and the University of Michigan Press. The project is assembling an electronic archive of volumes of American poetry prior to 1920.

The EPC contains links to electronic resources in poetry produced in Buffalo and elsewhere around the world. Also contains links to electronic poetry journals.

The site at Oxford University contains over 7000 items of text, images, audio and video for teaching, learning, and research. Consists of primary material from major poets of the period.
