SEADS is the Student Engagement and Advancement Data System and is the system that faculty use to notify eCampus of students who are struggling in their course. An SST member is assigned to each class and receives notification whenever a faculty member reports a student as at-risk. The SST member then reaches out to the student to provide support and information and follows up with the professor.
