Making an Appointment
Log in to GoVIEW (https://go.view.usg.edu)
Go to their course homepage
Either click the Proctored Exam image under the announcements section on the course homepage OR Go to Assessments -> Proctored Exam
Click "Register Now"
Set up their SmarterProctoring profile (if prompted)
Select "Choose a proctor" under the correct exam (Midterm or Final)
 Select the blue button under the proctor type of their choice (see below for more information on the different options)

Log in to the SEADS Student Portal: https://ecore.usg.edu/current-students/student-forms-and-withdrawals
Click the Student Forms button next to the course they want to request an extension for
Click the Proctored Exam Extension button
Fill out the PEER Form and watch their campus email for their instructor's decision
Approving or Denying a PEER form is at the discretion of the instructor
