Speech and Debate Club

Speech and Debate Club is open to Blanchard students in all three grades and is largely run by members of the Westford Academy Speech and Debate Club. Students are able to try out different types of speech and debate depending on individual interests and strengths:

Lincoln Douglas for those who enjoy getting into philosophical debates and talking about every-day problems

Public Forum for those who want to debate with a friend

Group Discussion for those who want to discuss rather than try to prove someone wrong

Impromptu for the quick thinkers who want to boost their creative skills
