Production Specific Forms

If you wish to audition for the spring, please print, fill out and turn in all forms in this section of the website. The Conflict form and Contract MUST be signed by a parent/guardian.  All forms are due to Mrs. Sacco no LATER than 2 PM on Wednesday, Feb 14 at 2 PM! Once casting is complete, we may offer an opportunity for students not cast to sign up for crew (if there are crew positions remaining).

Note that middle school fall sports will conflict with the spring play.  

Please fill out this Google Form by 2PM on Monday, February 12 to sign up to Audition.  This will give us an idea of how many students will be auditioning.  Then, print all of the forms below and bring them to auditions. 

For students who are interested in participating on a crew for the spring play please print, fill out and turn in all forms in this section of the website.  The Conflict form MUST be signed by a parent/guardian.

All forms are due to Mrs. Sacco no LATER than 2 PM on Tuesday, February 13, 2024.

As crew sizes are limited, students who turn in forms after the due date may be placed on crews ONLY if there are crews that are not full.  If there are no open crew positions, students will be placed on a waitlist, but there is no guarantee that positions will open (unless students drop out from crews). 

Spring sports will conflict with the spring play.  Students who participate in spring sports will only be able to join the following crews:  Front of House.
