Production Specific Forms

If you wish to audition for the spring play, please do the following:

1) Fill out this sign-up form by 2:20 PM on Monday, September 14, 2026. 

2) Please open the Audition packet below.  Follow ALL directions.  In the packet, here are links to online forms that MUST be filled out.  Some can be filled out by the student and some by a parent/guardian.  After filling out all of the online forms, print the audition packet and fill out all of the forms that require signatures.  Bring the audition packet with you to the first day of auditions. 

Do NOT audition if you plan on participating in a Blanchard Fall sport.  Sports and theater do conflict, however, since fall sports end by the end of October, all student athletes are welcome to sign up for a position on a crew. 

For students who are interested in participating on a crew for the fall musical, please open the Crew packet below.  Follow ALL directions.  In the packet, there are links to online forms that MUST be filled out.  Some can be filled out by the student and some by a parent/guardian.  After filling out all of the online forms, print the Crew packet and fill out all of the forms that require signatures.  Bring the Crew packet to Mrs. Sacco in Room 12. (If she is not in her room, you can leave it on her desk.  You can also bring it to the main office and ask them to put the forms in her mailbox).

All forms are due to Mrs. Sacco no LATER than 2:20  PM on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.

As crew sizes are limited, students who turn in forms after the due date may be placed on crews ONLY if there are crews that are not full.  If there are no open crew positions, students will be placed on a waitlist, but there is no guarantee that positions will open (unless students drop out from crews).
