WHSFH JV/Varsity SCHEDULE
Please be sure to sign up for notifications for our game schedule (link is above)
Every practice pease bring your own water bottle (at least 32oz), FH equipment, sneakers, and a reversible pinnie. Be sure to also bring any inhalers or epi-pens.
PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY to practice.
Lap and dynamics begin 15 minutes before our scheduled turf time (example: 7:15am warmup & 7:30am on the turf)

Practices that start at 5:30 will be after a soccer or JV/9th football game.
Please be flexible with the schedule. It is subject to change.
