Course Description: During the year students will learn how to use the present progressive tense, reflexive verbs, direct and indirect object pronouns, and the preterit tense through units of study including daily routine, house and chores, and city vs. country life. in the beginning of the year, we will review 7th grade material through the novel "Pobre Ana." We will also honor past loved ones as we celebrate the meaningful Mexican holiday the Day of the Dead. We close out the year by watching a 10 episode series, "¿ Eres tú, Maria?"
