As a physical educator, we believe fitness is a lifelong activity. We understand that not all students are athletes and not all students enjoy physical activity and or sports. We understand that all students develop physically at different times and their abilities vary greatly. However, we do ask that every student tries their best in class, and participates at a level that is comfortable to them.
