How I Spent My Summer
This summer, I stayed at home and spent the summer relaxing and exercising. I would go for my morning walk almost every day, and I would stop at Starbucks to enjoy my Strawberry Refresher and read on my Kindle.

How my summer ended...
How my summer ended...
On Friday, August 21, I fell outside my house and broke my ankle. It has been an experience. I did miss my 1st "First Day of School" ☹️. I am happy to say that as of October 13, I am walking, and I am returning to school on Tuesday, October 27.
Day 1: Returned from the emergency room with a boot. My cats Shinxley and Mozeley are keeping guard after inspecting my boot.
Day 11: Day after I had my surgery, and I'm in the surger cast. One of the teachers at school gave me the elevation pillow. Usually there is a cat laying on the pillow.
Day 24: I am out of my surgery cast. I chose a hot pink cast. I got a lot of complements on the color.
Day 52: I am free! On October 13, I got my cast removed and returned to a boot. I started physical therapy the next day, and I have been walking ever since.
