Welcome to Mrs. McKeon's Achieve website! For those of you who do not know me, I am excited to get to know you and your child this year. For those with whom I have worked with, I am looking forward to another happy and productive school year. My teaching philosophy is the strong belief that all students have talents and it is our goal as educators to give them the confidence they need to discover these talents. I look forward to maximizing the educational achievement of each student and instilling in them the confidence to feel successful in the classroom.

The Basic Skills Achieve Program is an in-class support/supplemental instruction delivered in a small group, team-teaching program designed to provide instruction to students experiencing difficulty in Reading, Writing and/or Mathematics. We work closely with the teacher to enhance their academic skills as stated by the state standards and to insure that all students feel successful in the classroom. We assist the students in developing positive attitudes towards themselves, their school and their community. This year we will be working with and getting to know your child virtually.
