- Please be prepared to show identification at the door when you visit MCK.
- Please always give us 24 hours' notice of your visit to MCK -- we track and document all visitors.
- Please NEVER allow a person into the building behind you when you are buzzed in. Simply close the door, as we all understand each visitor is to be vetted by the main office.
- Please NEVER allow a person into the building when you're exiting.
- Help be my eyes and ears - report to me any issues you see or questions you may have.

Good afternoon,
With some of our wonderful activities coming back into the school such as PTO lunches, library volunteers, and the Read Across America book collection, we wanted to send a friendly reminder of visitor procedures.
The office requires 24 hours’ notice of any visits to the school. You may call or email us and let us know the date and time you will be coming to McKinley along with your destination/reason. Mrs. Romano and I will add your name to the visitor log. When you come to school, be sure to have your state issued ID with you as you will be asked to show it at the door before being admitted to the building. Once in, come directly to the main office.
Please notify both your child’s teacher and the main office if your child is leaving school early. We will sign them out when you come and bring them down to you.
