About Me

Welcome to Speech and Language!  

I am so excited to get to know you and your child this year. 

Areas of communication will be addressed in your child’s therapy sessions in accordance with his/her Individualized Education Plan.  These areas can include receptive and expressive language skills such as vocabulary, auditory processing and listening skills, syntax and grammar skills and using language for academic and/or social purposes such as describing, explaining, forming narratives and overall social language.  Other areas can include articulation, fluency and voice.  I will be in continuous communication with your child’s teacher to monitor his/her speech and language needs in the classroom setting so that carryover can be established and maintained.
