Geometry Advanced

Course Description:

The focus of this course is the development of the concepts of Euclidean geometry in two- and three- dimensions. Emphasis is placed on application of geometric properties and relationships, formal two-column proofs, and an introduction to constructions. Review of algebraic concepts is incorporated through problem solving and applications. Scientific calculators are used regularly. This course is intended for students with a solid background in mathematics.
