8th Grade Science is an integrated course that includes topics from each of the scientific disciplines. Units are related to scientific phenomena with an emphasis on developing scientific models, planning and carrying out investigations and analyzing and interpreting data. Topics that will be covered include the plastic pollution problem, sound, genetics, climate, astronomy and evolution.
