Algebra I often is viewed as the “gateway” to future success in higher mathematics, post-secondary studies in math-related fields and a wide variety of careers. In this course, students strengthen their understanding of basic algebraic concepts and acquire both skills and the conceptual foundation needed for advanced mathematics.
