A little bit about me

I love being a teacher and being a part of the Jefferson school community. I began teaching in 2001 in NYC and worked for several years as an adjunct profressor at NYU before coming to Westfield to raise my family. I started teaching again in Westfield in 2020.

I believe all children can learn. They are strong, brave and kind, and can do hard things. It is my job to empower them and help them understand their strengths and needs to become stronger learners.

Outside of school hours, you’ll find me around Westfield where I live with my husband, Mark, and 2 children, Rylan and Mason. Mason goes to Tamaques and Rylan goes to Edison. We have 2 dogs, Spot and Fred. I love yoga, reading outside, and walking the dogs with my family.
