Please try to have the following supplies for class by the second week of school:
Pencils and handheld pencil sharpener
Erasers
Highlighters (2 different colors if possible)
Graph paper (loose leaf or notebook) for both school and home
Lined notebook paper (loose leaf or notebook) for both school and home
Binder, section of a binder, or folder to hold your math quizzes, worksheets and homework
Red or colored pens or pencils
Small ruler or straightedge
Suggested additional supplies:Â
box of tissues or hand sanitizer for the classroom
a scientific calculator ( not graphing)
Some assignments (not all) will be allow the use of a calculator. If you are looking for a scientific calculator for home use, I suggest one in the TI-30 or TI-34 family of calculators. These are similar to the ones we use in class. Using a cell phone as a calculator in class is NOT ALLOWED and STRONGLY DISCOURAGED at home.
