Reading is the easiest way to keep your student progressing over the summer!  But sometimes....going to the library can be daunting!  

Here are some summer resources:

• Reading List from ALSC.  This covers grades 3 - 5

• EPIC  is a favorite - and great if you just have your phone or an Ipad and need to entertain yourself or your student!

• Get into a series to kick off summer!  Some of our favorites in the Helix are:

  • Boxcar kids (Level O)

  • Key Hunters (Level P)

  • Illustrated Classics (Levels S and Up)

  • Wings of Fire (Levels S and Up)

Student's are OBSESSED Prodigy, which is a game-based Math skills website.  Students will have live logins all summer, and should be encouraged to play as much as they can!
