About the Course
American Studies is an interdisciplinary course co-taught by English and Social Studies teachers. Teachers work collaboratively in a two-block period to execute activities and assignments to meet the course's objectives.
The objective of the American Studies course is to develop students who creative and analytical thinkers by challenging them to piece together multiple perspectives to gain a greater understanding of American History and American Literature.
