Minors 14-17 years old must have a work permit. Work permits are obtained from your local school district. Each High School front office is able to help you obtain your permit once you complete the forms below. You need to be offered a job before a work permit is issued because part of your form requires information from the employer. If you are an athlete and have a physical on file with the school already, you can use a copy from the athletic office. Once you have all parts of the application ready - Parent, Employer, Physician - return your paperwork to the front office and you should get your work permit in 24-48 hours.
