Nearly 1,000 individuals participated in the Engagement Phase of our Superintendent Search Process. Their feedback has resulted in the creation of two very important documents: a Leadership Profile and a Summary of Desired Characteristics.  These documents provide Board of Education members with selection criteria that match the priorities of the community and that meet the unique needs of Westerville City Schools. This information will be used extensively during the candidate interview process. These documents are available below for you to review:
