To submit student applications, please use your EC portal link provided to you.
To access your EC portal, please log in to connect.westcliff.edu/portal/ec_portal. You will be provided a username and a PIN for first-time access. Please establish a new password for you and your team to use.
For all documents submitted with your application, be sure to include a color scan copy that is up to date and in PDF format.
Please take care to provide all the student's contact information, and to select the correct applicant type and start date to avoid needing to resubmit your application.
All missing documents can be uploaded on the student's application even after submitting application.
Payments must be submitted by students only, however you can assist the student during the process, if needed.
As payment methods, we can accept credit card, google pay, US bank account and bank wire transfers through Fly Wire.
Students must meet the minimum GPA requirements: 2.0 for bachelors and 2.5 for masters and doctorate.
Non-English documents must be accompanied with a professional translation in English.
Unofficial transcripts can be submitted for acceptance decision. Official transcripts must be emailed by the institution to transcript@westcliff.edu, or hand delivered by student in a sealed envelope when they arrive on campus. Official transcript copies must be stamped and signed by the Registrar or principal of the school, and a separate copy is necessary for any student wishing to apply transfer credit.
For English Proficiency, we accept TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo, and more. For a full list of what we can accept, view our EP requirements.
We accept medium of instruction letters signed by the registrar or principal of the school in place of TOEFL/IELTS. Transcripts that list English as the language of instruction are also acceptable.
Bank statements must include the name of the account holder along with the date that the statement was generated. That date cannot be more than 90 days before the I-20 request was submitted. In addition, the statement must be in English and legible, and state what currency the funds are in.
