ACMH, Inc. promotes the wellness and recovery of persons with mental illness living in New York City. ACMH provides outreach and engagement, care coordination, peer support, supportive housing and rehabilitation to adults with serious mental illness. ACMH promotes access to treatment, employment and other supports and services according to an individualized plan that addresses a client's strengths, needs, goals and choices.
Cardinal McCloskey Community Services (CMCS) is a nonsectarian, nonprofit human services organization that provides a broad continuum of services and supports for children, families, and adults in East Harlem, the Bronx, and Westchester and Rockland counties. We serve approximately 2,000 children in our child welfare programs, educate roughly 2,000 children in preschool centers, and provide residential services and day program supports to 200 adults with intellectual and other developmental disabilities.
