FRIDAY FUN!

Holiday Fun Day at WHS!

Welcome to WHS!

We have two additional staff members
we would like to welcome to WHS!

The Friday before winter break is a fun filled school day leading up to winter break.  This year, many activities were planned, thanks to Ms. Hoppes and Student Council.  The biggest draw on Friday, was the Volleyball tournament. In our library, we are thankful that Westbrook Town Public Librarian Beth Heinrich donated Taylor Swift bracelet making kits and joined our students in our library as board games were super competitive especially Monopoly. Traditional Ornament making, gingerbread and cookie decorating were all activities to keep us all in the holiday spirit!  A new activity this year, was a live broadcast with guests on The Daily Knight.  Teachers were invited to come on and discuss "holiday traditions."  It was a big hit and the crew is hoping to keep this new tradition going for years to come!
