The Westbrook Baseball Foundation is dedicated to preserving and celebrating the rich baseball history of Westbrook, Maine.
Our mission is to use the game of baseball to provide educational, social, and physical opportunities to the community's youth. Through baseball, we can help the young people of Westbrook learn essential life lessons, build character, and develop a sense of sportsmanship and community.

The Jimmy Burrill Memorial Baseball Scholarship recognizes a Westbrook senior player who has positively contributed to the baseball program while demonstrating excellence in the classroom and community involvement.
Congratulations to Zach Lambert and Owen LaPierre on receiving the prestigious Jimmy Burrill Memorial Baseball Scholarship! This honor is a testament to their dedication, hard work, and passion for the game, both on and off the field. Their commitment to excellence and sportsmanship has left a lasting impression, and this scholarship is a well-deserved recognition of your achievements. In addition, each received a $2,000 scholarship to continue their education. We’re proud of all you’ve accomplished and can’t wait to see what the future holds for you both. Well done, Zach and Owen!

George Apt was honored with the Sally-Alane Fox Award for his lifetime contribution to baseball in the community. This prestigious award celebrates individuals who have significantly impacted baseball in Westbrook, and Apt’s dedication has greatly enriched Westbrook’s baseball programs.

A memorial monument honoring Westbrook baseball legends stands guard over the high school diamond. The monument commemorates those who contributed to the baseball program and inspired service to the community.
Donnie Meserve has been honored for his lasting contributions to the community and local athletics by having his name inscribed on the Legends Memorial Monument located behind home plate at Westbrook High School. This tribute recognizes Donnie’s dedication, passion, and impact on generations of student-athletes, coaches, and fans, celebrating his legacy as a cornerstone of Westbrook’s baseball tradition. His name now stands among other local legends, symbolizing the respect and gratitude of a community proud to call him one of their own.
The Legends Memorial Monument is located behind home plate at the Westbrook High School Field.
We're proud to support the Westbrook baseball program by providing game day rosters, the official scorekeeper, the announcer and scoreboard operator for home varsity baseball games. These tasks are filled by Westbrook Baseball Foundation members.
