Preview the Project

For the performance task, you will research the prices of your dream car over past years. You will use this information to make a scatter plot and a line of best fit to help you tell what the price may be in the future. Then you will do the same for a second car, in the case that you cannot buy the first car. You will use statistics to analyze the cost data of the two cars to decide which one you would purchase.

Make a copy of the Project Companion below. This document will guide you through what needs to be completed in this Studio. Read the Performance Task Description and review the Inquiry Question, then complete Boxes 3-5. You will fill out the Project Pacing section with your Studio teacher.
