With three convenient locations throughout the Washington Elementary School District, WRIC is dedicated to strengthening families with children ages birth to five through education, support, and connection. 

At WRIC, learning is fun for the whole family! We offer a variety of free programs and activities including early literacy classes, parent-child play groups, family workshops, parenting support groups, and special presentations from community partners such as the Arizona Science Center, Phoenix Zoo, local libraries, and more. Children can explore, discover, create, and learn through hands-on activities, outdoor play experiences, music, movement, stories, and interactive learning opportunities.
