Testing Schedule

Each grade level will have 2- 3 testing sessions throughout the year.

How students qualify for testing

There are three ways for students to qualify for gifted testing. The student's teacher can recommend them to be tested, a parent can make a request to have their child tested, and previous AZ Merit test scores may also qualify them to be considered for gifted testing.

What do I need to do to have my child tested?

If you would like to have you student tested please e-mail me your request, the student's name, and teacher's name and I will respond as soon as I am able.

How long does it take to get the results?

Tests for gifted services qualification are not like regular tests; they actually are 9 separate tests and are evaluated in several ways. Due to this it may take 1-2 weeks before the results are sent home.
