The Western Education Regional Cooperative (WERC) serves as a Regional Education Association (REA) in North Dakota, dedicated to supporting schools and communities through meaningful learning opportunities and responsive services. Our work spans a variety of focus areas, including instructional coaching, educator professional development, and targeted supports designed to meet local needs.
At WERC, our mission is to add value for our member districts and communities by fostering growth through collaboration, continuous learning, and innovative practices.
