Dear Wenonah Families:
A lot has happened since you received a letter in July concerning the Special Election being held on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 for improvements to Wenonah Elementary School. We continue to keep the families of Wenonah in our thoughts as the recovery from the tornado continues.
The Wenonah Elementary School is a community asset. Improvements to the facility are needed to continue to provide the quality education that attracts families to become part of the Wenonah community.
The planned facility improvements are detailed in a number of documents that can be found at https://wenonahsd.org/referendum21/ which includes a tax calculator, Fast Facts, and Myth Busters.
As always, we welcome questions. Any questions you might have can be emailed to referendum@wenonahschool.org and will be answered as quickly as possible.
Please mark your calendar for Tuesday, September 28th from 2:00 to 8:00 PM and make plans to come out and vote. In-person voting will take place at Wenonah Borough Hall located at 1 South West Avenue.
