Hello Washington Eagles,
I hope you are doing well in these interesting times . I have made a website and I will be adding information that you may find interesting and fun. The idea is that you will keep yourself active with at least 60 minutes of exercise each and every day of the week. Try to set goals for the week and then work daily to accomplish those goals. I will be adding information and links along the way to help with ideas and to enhance learning. Be sure to look at the PALM activities for the specialists at the top of this page.
