About Me!

Personal Information:

I am married to my husband Derrick. I have a step-daughter who is 13, and 2 dogs that are like our children! A few of my hobbies include reading, studying the Bible, spending time at our cabin in New Mexico hiking and exploring the mountains, baking and cooking, gardening, and just spending time doing anything with my family. I love coffee! I love trying new things! I love teaching!

Professional Experience:

My first year teaching was in Amber-Pocasset as the 7^th and 8^th Grade Math and Science teacher. I then taught for five years in Okarche. I taught 7^th and 8^th Grade Math and Science, Character Education, and 9^th Grade Math of Finance. This will be my third year teaching in Wellston!

Educational:

I attended and graduated from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma in 2012. I obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Education. I have certifications in Intermediate Mathematics, Mid-Level Mathematics, and Mid-Level Science.
