Observation Phase

Relationships you build with students, colleagues and leaders in your academy and across the Trust will have an enormous impact on your personal success, job satisfaction and wellbeing. At the Trust we promote culture of openness, honesty and trust that encourages anyone in our system to seek help when required.

Building strong relationships requires time. The induction is your opportunity to begin to build relationships with people around you who will help you settle in and ensure that you have the knowledge and support your need to perform your role effectively.
