Serving Food

18 September 2019, it was the funeral day of my great grandmother at Wat Kongka. I know it was sad. I went there after school with my family and I met all my cousins on my mother's side. There were many guests that day since it was the second day of funeral. Monks came in, and we started the formality. The atmosphere was pretty tragic. My dad was doing a meditation and my auntie was sitting on the floor alone uninterruptedly. After that, there was a short break when the guests could have some snacks that my family prepared. My grandmother bought two huge pots of pork porridge that the temple sold. Thus, I helped her serving pork porridge, and I started to see joys on people faces again.

This photo was a part of the formality that we gave necessities to the monks. Each person had to at least touch one of the other body so we all got the blessed.

Rest in peace, my great grandma. Hope you have a wonderful life up there and please take care of us. Love you...
