  2. Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively

Reflection:

It was 1:15, our class gathered up everyone we could to help with the rose orders. 500 small roses and 100 bookays. Everyone scrambled to finish the task at hand. At first it was chaos, but eventually we came up with systems, groups. We separated into ribbons, cutting, folding, notes, and assembly. I was responsible for both cutting and ribbons. I would finish up cutting all the paper needed then I continued on to make ribbons, cutting them and tying them. In a short time of 2 hours, we managed to finish up at 600 orders in time for the graduation.
