Reflection:

I learned to bike at a very young age. Growing up in a small village I usually travel around using my bike. I had always found a sense of calmness whenever I am riding a bike. In time I found it to be my preferred method of exercise besides playing squash. Later I also realized that by biking, something that I was already doing, I was reducing pollution and being more green. Recently I have participated in multiple biking trips around Thailand as well as some marathon such as the "Eastville Run and Ride 2017". These biking trips are usually all around Thailand where we get to bike along side nature and visit sites such as temples which are hard to reach by other means of transportation such as cars. These trips has given me a deeper sense of appreciation for Thailand as well as Thai culture.
