Summer Learning for Lower School Music

Performing Arts Challenges:

•  Learn to sing a new song and perform it for your family or a friend.

•  Write your own song and/or play.

•  Create a dance and teach it to a friend or family member.

•  Listen to a new style of music or music from another part of the world.

•  Write new lyrics to a familiar tune and sing your new song.

•  Play along on an instrument of your choice with your favorite song.

• Research a composer and listen to his/her music.

• Attend a concert or play.
