TV/Video Production

For students interested in learning about videos cameras and editing techniques, this is the class for you! Students will learn proper video techniques & composition and how to edit their videos using Adobe Premiere Pro. Students experiment with many different roles in the production process from director to talent and learn to use equipment in the control room and television studio. There is a community service component to all TV-Video classes. Students must film one sporting event, performing arts event, in-school assembly, after school meeting or a class discussion. Students are also required to help out with filming the Friday Morning Announcements at some point during the semester.
