Know we will contact you when we know your sailor has been hit with the boom with any considerable force.
TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
PRACTICES: Sailors are responsible for attending practices at Lake Cochituate. Getting from the high school to the lake or from the lake to home is not restricted. Anyone can run a carpool without any forms.
AWAY MEETS or REGATTAS: Sailors must take school transportation to/from away meets and regattas. If a parent/guardian wants to drive their own sailor to/from an event, or if they want the parent/guardian of another sailor to drive their sailor, they must fill out the proper forms. Any parent/guardian who wants to drive another sailor must go through a CORI check.
PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE INFORMATION BELOW WITH EACH FORM.
DRIVING FORMS
Here are the Driving Forms the Athletics Department needs if you are driving your student/sailor to or from events. If you are going to drive other sailors, you need to have a CORI on file.
Fill out this form to drive your own student/sailor to or from an away meet or regatta.
You should fill out a form for each separate date.

You MUST include the name of the parent driver so the athletics department can check that driver's CORI.
It may seem tedious, but you cannot make a blanket form for all parents.
