Phoenix is from upstate New York and is a prospective double major in Economics and Cinema and Media Studies. She likes reading, writing, watching video essays, and listening to all kinds of music. She enjoys hanging out with her friends, spending time with her mom, and going to the movies.

Mia is from Tokyo, Japan and intends to major in biology. She hopes to pursue a career in research/academia, but is yet to narrow down a specific area of interest. They love coffee and boba, and enjoys reading in their free time. They also play the violin, and are hoping to learn a new language.

Amy was born in Beijing and raised in Hong Kong, though her family now lives in Great Neck, New York. She is a prospective Biology major who loves all animals, with a pet chinchilla named Angelo and a foster dog named Sammi. She loves to do pottery and go on long runs, exploring new trails around Wellesley. She also loves eating and trying different fruits, especially peach and watermelon.

Katie is from Royal Oak, Michigan, and intends to major in Biology and French. She is especially interested in genetics and hopes to pursue a career in the field. She is involved in Wellesley Run Club and Alzheimer’s Buddies. In her free time, she enjoys running, hiking, reading, and listening to music. 

Neatina is from Williamstown, NJ, and is currently pursuing a Biology major on the pre-med track. She has an interest in conducting research in nephrology or cardiology in the future. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family and friends, drawing, and baking.

Amel is from Worcester, MA and is an aspiring Neuroscience major on the pre-dental track. She is deeply interested in the fields of biological, developmental, and neurological research. Outside of her academic pursuits, Amel enjoys exploring local cafes with friends, spending quality time with family, and going on long walks!

Yui loves insects and is fascinated by the phenotypic diversity of insects. Yui grew up in several different countries and enjoys exploring new places. His hobbies include cycling, skiing, running and taking photos of insects.  

Sophia is from Queens, NY and is an aspiring Neuroscience major on the pre-med track. She has an interest in the biochemical component of neuroscience and hopes to contribute to research in neurodegenerative diseases in the future. Despite how STEM-oriented this sounds, she also has a love for the arts such as dance, art, and photography. In her free time, she enjoys reading in bed, shopping with friends, or going to the movie theater with her siblings. 

I'm from Los Angeles and I'm planning to major in biology or education studies. In the future I want to become a pediatrician but I'm still exploring! I'm also interested in doing genetic and epigenetic research. I love to do long distance running and bike around the city whenever I can! I'm also a big fan of coconut water and hiking!

Sharon is from Nanchang, China, and is a prospective biochemistry major. She loves taking polaroid photos and exploring new restaurants with friends. She enjoys listening to classic Cantopop, playing tennis, and theatrical performances.
