The 2024 symposium is being hosted by the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Colgate University, in Hamilton, New York. The symposium will begin with a check-in (beginning 6:00pm) on Friday evening at The Coop at O'Connor Campus Center and dinner (beginning 6:30pm) also at The Coop. Evening activities will follow (beginning 8:30pm) at Foggy Bottom Observatory, Ho Tung Visualization Lab at Ho Science Center, and the Atrium at Ho Science Center.

Evening activities will follow (beginning 8:30) at the Van Vleck Observatory, 96 Foss Hill, Middletown, CT 06459.
