Friday, Sept 30

• 4:00pm+ check in at The Verve Hotel, Natick (map)

• 6:00pm-7:00pm meeting check-in + appetizers/social at Wang Campus Center Tishman Commons

• park in the Davis Parking Facility NOTE the garage clearance is posted as 6'7"; if your van is bigger try the visitor lot to the right

• if the gate is down press the buzzer and tell Campus Police that you are here for an event

• Tishman is on the lower level; if you park in the bottom of the garage it will lead you straight in

• 7:00pm-8:30pm dinner (same place)

• 8:30pm-10:30pm observing at on-campus Whitin Observatory (weather permitting)

Saturday, Oct 1

• 7:45am check out of hotel

• 8:00am arrive at Wellesley College (park in the Founders Lot)

• breakfast at Wellesley College Science Center Focus

• poster setup in Focus

• doors locked at 8:45am

• 9:00-10:30am Session I -- Science Center H101

• 10:30-11:00am coffee/tea/refreshments in Focus

• 11:00am-12:15pm Session II -- Science Center H101

• 12:15pm group photos

• 12:30-1:30pm lunch and Observatory tours

• Pick up lunch from Focus

• Students to eat

  • • outside if nice / Observatory tours / Sun observing

    • if not nice...Focus and Observatory

• Faculty to eat while meeting in OBS 114 classroom

• 1:30-2:15pm special presentation by Professor Seth Redfield (Wesleyan University) -- "Applying to Grad School and What to Expect In The First Year" -- Science Center H101

• 2:30 -- door to Science Center locked, come back before this

• 2:15-2:45pm Poster session in Science Center Focus

• 2:45-4:00pm Session III and closing -- Science Center H101
