Each student is limited to ONE ticket. You may not purchase for others in bulk.
Ticketing Form will open on Monday, April 7th at 9am EST. See form attached below.
There are limited headcounts in how many student we can bring to this event. The form will remain open to automatically create a list of waitlisted students. There will be a waitlist confirmation and further instructions sent to those who end up in this list.
Each ticket will be going on sale for $25 EACH. This would include perks of:

Round Trip School Bus Transportation
Due to managing purposes, we will not be allowing students to take your own method of transportation. Everyone MUST take the bus to Six Flags.
There will be a tabling across campus where you MUST come to drop off your payment in CASH and sign the Off-Campus Waiver form at these times below.
Wednesday, April 23rd — Lulu Vendor Table [5PM - 8PM]
Thursday, April 24th — Leaky Beaker [1PM - 4PM]
Friday, April 25th — Leaky Beaker [10AM-12:30PM], Lulu Vendor Table [4PM - 7PM] --> new dates!!
Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in LOSS of your tickets and will be moved to the next person on the waitlist.
December graduates who are not currently on campus shall pay through a friend who are currently on campus. Please ask them to give both names they are dropping the payments for in this case. If this is something of difficulty, please email us @w25cc_wcso@wellesley.edu before the tabling date to coordinate an another method of payment. (The Off-Campus Waiver will be signed on the day of the event for December graduates.)
The shuttle bus will be leaving STRICTLY at 9AM and arriving by 5:30PM at Houghton Chapel
Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before to check in your name with a Class Council member and settle yourself on the bus.
There will be a specific location and time shared upon arrival for where to meet to get on the bus on time before leaving Six Flags. Please arrive early so that we can return back to campus on time.
Please let us know if you will need any accommodation for this trip so that the council can coordinate with the Six Flags team properly.
We want YOU to vote on what movie you want to watch! The voting preference form will close on Friday April 25th at 5pm (see below). You will be able to check off any of the movies you are interested in watching. The movie with MOST votes will be screened at the event! *See the linked Teaser below.
The movie will be screened on Sunday May 11th from 8 PM - 10:30 PM at Lulu Lawn. The rain date location is scheduled to be at Tishman Commons. FREE SNACKS AND DRINKS!!

Doors will open at 8:00 PM. You MUST bring your Wellesley ID for entry.
NO BOTTLES POLICY! You will be permitted to bring in a bag. If you wish to bring a bottle, please email us at w25cc_wcso@wellesley.edu for accommodations.
Once checked in, wristbands will be placed to mark that you're good to go.
Please note that food and drinks, photobooths will be first come first serve. Photobooth will shut down once the number of prints prepared run out.
Please fill out your music requests below and we will make sure to play your song at the Gala!
All off-campus guests will be charged💲. Please register your guests through the form attached below. This MUST be filled out to make your payments.
Pre-paid on April 23rd or 24th (the same tabling locations as the Six Flags), will only be charge of $5, but charged $15 upon entry at the door.
ONLY CASH payments will be accepted.
Failure to make payment will result in asking the guest to leave the event.
Guests who were previous or current Wellesley students but not in the Class of 2025 will be allowed free of charge. It will still be REQUIRED to fill out the guest registration form so that our council can confirm their status.

Formal attires encouraged but not required! Please wear what is most comfortable to you.
Shoes with wide floor surfaces such as flats, wedges, or block heels are encouraged as shoes like stilettos will puncture the grass and sink in.
There is no specific Gala color theme to follow, however there will be hints of green across to mark our celebration as the Green Class.
