The standard tiled view in Meet now allows you to see up to 16 meeting participants. Grid View allows you to display an unlimited number of participants in your meeting but bear in mind that this could affect the call quality.

Archiving is used to remove an active Classroom from the Classes page and to remove key functionality. Pupils and teachers still have access to the materials in the Classroom. Archiving is often used at the end of the school year to make for next year's active classes.
This video covers how to make a copy of a complete Classroom. The structure, resources and assignments are copied but not the users. Posts in the Stream, etc are also removed along with submitted assignments. Useful if you want to reuse a Classroom but beware, copying Classrooms with lots of content can take a while!

Livestreaming saves bandwidth on weaker internet connections. Livestreams are far less interactive than a standard Meet and are intended more just for class presentation. You can also record your streams and post them in Classroom for students to access later.
